Attention Ghouls, Fools and Furry Ones that Drool...Star News Group is preparing to launch its FIRST ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PHOTO CONTEST on October 16th.
We'll be offering grand prizes to the best photo (of someone or their pet in a Halloween costume) in three categories: Adults (ages 18+), children (ages 0-17), and pets of all ages, shapes, sizes and colors.
